Protect your account from unathorised access by enabling 2FA
1. Log into your MERJ Account by clicking on this link: https://clientportal.merj.exchange/sso/login/merj
2. Enter your email address registered with us as well as your password.
3. Once logged in, from the top right corner, click on the "screw" icon and select "Security Settings".
4. Under "Mobile" select "Manage" and enter your mobile number which you will be using for 2FA purposes and click on "Verify". An OTP will be sent to this mobile number. Please allow up to 1 minute.
Note: Please include the country code when entering your mobile number.
5.Enter your OTP and click Submit. Your number will be registered with us.
6. Enable two step verification with OTP by sliding the button below. 2FA is now successful. Whenever you log into your account, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered during this process to validate your access. You can choose to disable this by sliding the button back.
