Managing Bank Details

The Bank Details section in the Investor Portal (portal.merj.exchange) stores the bank account information recognized for deposits and withdrawals. Follow these steps to manage your banking details.

Accessing Bank Details

  • Log in to the Investor Portal.
  • Navigate to Settings > Bank Details.

Adding or Updating Your Bank Account

If no bank account is linked, you must enter your details:

  1. Click Edit Details at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter the required banking information:
    • Bank Name
    • Account Number/IBAN (IBAN may be required for EU and certain other banks)
    • SWIFT/BIC Code
    • Bank Country
    • Account Currency
  3. Click Save Changes to confirm.
  4. Some updates may require additional verification.

Important Notes

  • Only one bank account can be linked at a time for deposits and withdrawals.
  • Updating bank details may require security verification.
  • Ensure all details match the information registered with your bank to prevent delays.
