The Bank Details section in the Investor Portal (portal.merj.exchange) stores the bank account information recognized for deposits and withdrawals. Follow these steps to manage your banking details.
Accessing Bank Details
- Log in to the Investor Portal.
- Navigate to Settings > Bank Details.
Adding or Updating Your Bank Account
If no bank account is linked, you must enter your details:
- Click Edit Details at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the required banking information:
- Bank Name
- Account Number/IBAN (IBAN may be required for EU and certain other banks)
- SWIFT/BIC Code
- Bank Country
- Account Currency
- Click Save Changes to confirm.
- Some updates may require additional verification.
Important Notes
- Only one bank account can be linked at a time for deposits and withdrawals.
- Updating bank details may require security verification.
- Ensure all details match the information registered with your bank to prevent delays.
