Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or need to update it for security reasons, you can reset it through the Investor Portal (portal.merj.exchange). Follow these steps to regain access or update your credentials.

Step 1: On the Investor Portal click forgot password.

  • On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.

 

Step 2: Check Your Email

  • You will receive an email with a password reset link.
  • Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

 

Step 3: Create a New Password

  • Enter a strong password that meets the security requirements.
  • Confirm your new password and submit the change.

Step 4: Log In with Your New Password

Once your password is successfully updated, return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.

If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact customer support for further assistance.
