Trading Fees and Commissions

Overview

MERJ Exchange applies competitive trading fees across its various market segments, ensuring accessibility and cost efficiency for traders. Trading fees are structured based on the market type and platform used.

Fee Structure

  1. MERJ Markets (excluding the International Order Book)
    • Standard trading fee: 0.25% per transaction
  2. International Order Book (IOB)
    • Standard trading fee: 1% per transaction
  3. DIGTL Markets Platform
    • All transactions executed via the DIGTL Markets platform incur a 1% trading fee.
  4. Upstream Market

MERJ levies a 1.00% charge for each purchase or sale of an instrument listed or admitted for trading on Upstream (www.upstream.exchange)

How Trading Fees Are Calculated

  • Fees are charged as a percentage of the total trade value (trade price × quantity).
  • Fees apply to both buy and sell transactions.
  • The applicable fee is automatically deducted at the time of trade execution.

Additional Considerations

  • VIP and Incentive Discounts (Coming Soon): Eligible traders may receive discounts based on their participation in the MERJ VIP Program.
  • Referral Program Benefits (Coming Soon): Users referring others to MERJ may earn a share of trading fees from their referrals.
